ONGiA is a future-focused project that imagines a world where nature can have a voice in politics. The story takes place in the year 2084, when an artificial intelligence represents the forests of Argentina in the national congress. The goal is to question what would happen if nature could speak and defend itself in front of human laws and interests.
The design of the project mixes formal and natural elements. We used a clean and minimal visual style inspired by legal documents, but also included colors and symbols connected to forests and life. The main piece is a two-minute video experience, where the AI talks directly to the audience. Through this, ONGiA invites people to think about new ways of including nature in our systems of power and decision-making.
